FOPS is made up of parents and carers connected with school and is organised through a committee of parents and carers. Through fundraising events FOPS raise money for school trips as well as projects such as the outdoor shelter, scooters, bike racks, welly racks and the new outdoor play area.

They Dream of Home
In a car-free village centre and on a battlefield-disguised school playing field, an inspired cast gave memorable performances in Tale Valley Community Theatre’s challenging and emotive outdoor autumn production of “They Dream of Home”, directed and written by John Somers, reflecting the lives of two young soldiers, killed during WW1, whose names are on Payhembury memorial. Churchmouse – October
Hello friends
We hope that you enjoyed your summer holiday. What a shame it was so wet. Parchina and I don’t think we took our wellies off at all for a couple of weeks. We even had difficulty in gathering food, as there were not many services in church for us to gather up the crumbs, so we were very pleased when school returned and everyone was back to normal.
We were especially pleased when we had the celebration service at the beginning of September, there was sooo much cake and we were able to gather lots of food to store away. It was …
