Harvest Supper Success

The Payhembury Playing Fields Association would like to say a big thank you to everyone who came and supported the Harvest Barn Dance in October. It was great fun and we raised £200 for the Playing Fields Association and £100 went to Friends of Payhembury School who made the fantastic puddings. Once again our appreciation goes to Janet and Edward East supported us in lots of ways not least in providing the mouth watering Hog Roast. Results of vote on Sports Money

Money Available for Sport – How Should We Spend It? Results from the Vote on 6 November at the Big Breakfast  In September the Parish Council asked for suggestions on how we should spend the money earmarked for outdoor sports. From this list of suggestions 10 proposals were put forward to a community vote which was held at the Big Breakfast on 6 November 2011. The vote was run by East Devon District Council employees.
