The hall looked beautiful on show day thanks to the concerted efforts of all those who displayed exhibits, and it smelled pretty good too. Thank you to all those who entered – without you there would be no show, and it proved yet again that there are a lot of talented Payhembrians out there.
I would like to thank the committee first and foremost; for some it was their first show and everyone rose to the challenge and helped make sure everything ran smoothly. Also to Jo Vincent, Joan Jarvis, Julie Moore,
Pat Holdaway and all the committee children who helped in one way or another.
Thank you to Marty for opening the show and saying a few words about Joy who we missed, and also to those who made cakes. Thank you as well to Clare and Leah who gave up their time to be stewards.
